"I dont run."
"I am not a runner."
"I run my mouth, I run my business. I dont run."
"Cardio is hardio."
"If I'm running, you better run, because something is chasing me!"
These were all the "lies" I would tell myself for years.
So what does that have to do with mental toughness?
EVERYTHING.
Why? Because this weekend I ran a half marathon. Without training. Two months after 2 emergency surgeries. (Not recommended, please do not attempt unless under the supervision of medical care!)
But man... I learned SO much. Listen to this group coaching call speaking about building a warrior attitude and how growing your mental strength will assist you in leadership.
