This was no ordinary storm, and the terrifying moments of shattering glass will leave memories of a vacation like no other. Bob Wells shares his story about the impact of the storm and the issues he encountered when dealing with the aftermath of vehicle damage. This episode was recorded on a snowy day on Vancouver Island, and appropriately ended with a chat about road safety and travel tips for the upcoming winter months.
