48 | How I Prepare to Take Time Off in My 6-Figure Online Business

With Christmas and the New Year right around the corner, I thought it was fitting to share with you how I've prepared to take 2-4 full weeks off from my business.

I will preface this by saying that my first handful of years in entrepreneurship, I did NOT take off for the holidays. AT ALL.

To be totally honest, I was kinda obsessed with my business and I didn't really know how to take time off from it without it falling apart. Can you relate??

Now, after being an entrepreneur for 5 and a half years now (whoooa, so weird to say that LOL), that has changed drastically. Thank goodness!!

I’m taking off the full week of Thanksgiving (and I know this episode is going live in December, but that's because I'm getting ahead with my episodes) AND two weeks off in December for Christmas and the New Year. But I may also be taking off the first week of January as well.

If you would have told me that I would be taking this much time off a couple of years ago, I would have fallen out of my chair. Seriously. It really would have actually given me anxiety, because I was always so nervous any time I needed to take a day off! I didn’t know how my business would run without me.

But now... taking time off brings me peace, excitement and joy.

That being said, in this episode, I am sharing 3 ways I prepare to take time off in my business.
