This is probably not a message your home pastor would preach. Ministry is work, yes it is a joy and a blessing but ministry is work. Sometimes it can be a heavy load. God gives grace and strength but ministry is often heavy and hard work. The church has a responsibility to know and appreciate its leaders. They are to be thankful for those leaders. …
