In Summary, As always, it’s about Supply and Demand. What’s Driving it? And how is it affected now and in the long term. In Atlanta (and around most of the country) Resend Price increases drive affordability down. Employment Growth is on the upward trend, but Employment is only back to 60% of what it was Pre-Covid Yet, on the ground, in Atlanta, the market isn’t slowing up, it’s ramping up. WE EXPLAIN ON THIS SHOW.
