Feeling Like a One-Trick Pony?

In a food rut again? Do you feel like a one-trick pony? What once was working is not any longer? This is more common than you may know. As Laura explained in a previous episode...it's your relationship with food. Even though you may have changed habits and had success, you may be experiencing the same trigger. That trigger may have you in the same rut that looks different because of the food you are choosing this time the behavior with the food may be new.
Laura also mentions having a healthy body and gut! Your response to adversity in your life can affect your food relationships too. If you think "This is it" then you may start eating out of alignment with your goals. But with a healthy, body, gut, and mind...you may be able to fight whatever is attacking your body and come out the other side! Laura always offers so much encouragement and positivity!
