كوكب الأرض يعاني. وهذه مشكلة العصر. ما بين التلوث، الاحتباس الحراري، انقراض الكائنات (الحيوان والنبات). الكوكب يصرخ ساعدوني.
هل طفلنا القائد ملم بهذه المواضيع؟ هل هو مدرك أنه جزء لا يتجزأ من كوكب الأرض ومن وظائفه مساعدة كوكبنا. هذا الإدراك مبني على ترابطه مع الخالق، مع الطبيعة، مع الكائنات، واستمتاع قائدنا بالتصالح الذاتي وحس المسؤولية.وهنا يأتي دور التعليم الكوني الذي يؤسس الطفل على الترابط مع الكوكب. فينظر الطفل إلي نفسه على أنه جزء من الكون ، وينظر إلى الكوكب برهبة وامتنان لأنه بدونه لن يكون هنا. التعليم الكوني يساعده على احترام جميع المخلوقات من أصغرها مثل النمل والديدان، إلى النباتات وتقدير سلسلة الغذاء بأكملها.

A child’s relationship with the universe starts from the early years and it all begins when the caregiver creates a bond between the child and the universe. This bond is critical in giving the child a sense of responsibility, purpose and care towards planet earth and all its creatures. Here comes the role of Cosmic Education which is a cornerstone of Montessori Philosophy. At its core, Cosmic Education tells the story of the interconnectedness of all things.
