Hour 2, segment 1: Mike explains how the Canadian Standards Association(CSA) is a huge protection racket.
Our special guest, Mr. Gordon Knight, underlines that indelibly.
Mr. Knight talks about how his tangling with the CSA goes back a decade, and how this crown agency is a legislative arm of the government of Canada, without any real oversight at all.
A marriage between corporations and government is fascism.
At a bare minimum, the CSA is a corporation and a government agency...but Gordon shows how deep the rabbit hole goes.
It goes far beyond the original notion behind the CSA being in existence for personal safety.
While not nefarious through and through, it's all highly dodgy.
Transparency and accountability for the CSA?
Forget about it.
A very intriguing discussion, which continues in segment 2.

Hour 2, segment 2: Gordon returns to discuss his personal situation with the CSA, how he ended up in Texas, and how there is an attempt to extradite him back to Canada for prosecution.
Gordon's own father was targeted by the CSA to get to him. His father passed away during this fiasco, but the pressure put on Gordon wasn't eased.
This is very third world stuff, which is rather unexpected in a "free society."
If a product has the logo of the CSA, then STAY AWAY, as Gordon says.
