80% of people have body dissatisfaction, and when you couple that with today’s diet culture, it really is this perfect storm for body dysmorphia and other toxic thoughts around your body image. This is probably the most anticipated episode I have wanted to bring to the podcast. That’s why episode 143 of Becoming Iconic is about intuitive eating with Shannon Smith!
