Tired of posting your job and getting bombarded with unqualified candidates that don’t even come close to what you’re looking for?

Not to mention the time it takes to wade through all that chaff and, in some cases, pay for every eyeball that reads or applies.
I used to be you. I was an HR Manager for a manufacturing company and always struggled to balance recruiting with the other 100 things I was responsible for juggling.
