Pat Healy sits down with former UFC Fighter and Black Belt Jiu Jitsu practitioner, Tony Christodoulou. Tony began his journey to the UFC by walking into a gym in Chicago well over 225lbs and meeting Coach Dino Spencer. At the time Tony was a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu but had plans of becoming a UFC fighter. Dino believed in Tony's dream and had him set a goal to lose enough weight so he could fight at 145lbs. Pat asks Tony about his journey in weight loss and his experience in extreme weight cuts prior to fights. Ultimately Tony achieved his dream of fighting in the UFC and now focuses on training and coaching. Inspired by his friend Barry Robinson, Tony now posts instructional grappling videos on his instagram account which have been increasing greatly in popularity. Hot topics include: Gracie's vs Sakuraba , thoughts on Volkanowski vs Ortega and the massive development of mma fighters over the last 20 years.
