On today's episode of the show, we are joined by a special guest, and a close friend of ours, Valerie Ling. Valerie is a clinical psychologist who specialises in burnout and is also the founder and clinical director of The Centre for Effective Living.
Earlier this year Valerie was kind enough to run a guest expert pop up session for our coaching members here at BU. Since then we received so much positive feedback on the session that we decided to bring her back to feature on an episode of the podcast.
