Leslie Davis has joined the podcast before in episode 35 to talk about her journey with her connection with food. She is the author of four books. Her first book is called 'You Can't Eat Love: How Learning to Love Yourself Can Change Your Relationship With Food.' Leslie WAS once a professional yo-yo dieter! Going from phases of binging/purging to not eating anything, to the miracle liquid protein diet, which funnily enough didn’t work!
In her inspiring book, she shares her journey and the multiple lessons she learned. It is a fascinating motivational and inspiring book.
