She currently serves as the chief marketing and business development officer at Fish & Richardson, a premier intellectual property and litigation law firm. With over 20 years of experience in the legal marketing industry, Melanie is an industry leader on client feedback programs and frequent speaker on law firm change management and operations strategies. Prior to joining Fish, Melanie was the chief client development officer at a global full-service firm, where she helped navigate two of the largest law firm combinations over the last decade.
