Dr. Justin Krebs is a Vice President, Offshore Wind Program Manager, and fish ecologist at AKRF. He has over 2c0 years’ experience as an environmental consultant and research scientist. Dr. Krebs provides clients and teaming partners with technical and regulatory guidance to support sustainable human activities while contributing to the conservation of biodiversity in coastal systems, focusing on fish and fish habitat. Over his career, he has evaluated the potential impacts of changing land use, construction of transportation infrastructure, waterfront development, operation of power plants and hydroelectric dams, and construction and operation of offshore wind farms on the ecology of aquatic systems.
