Reliability, showing up for yourself and others

When it comes to reliability there is two forms I specifically address in this show.

Being reliable for yourself is the first one. So many people put themselves last and never consider running on an empty cup.

The more you have filled the more you can offer to others. But if you aren’t reliable, if you never show up for yourself, then you don’t have much to give.

Regardless of what it is, you need to show up for yourself

It’s important to show up for yourself. It could be a workout you are showing up for, it could be meal planning, etc.

Regardless of what it is, you need to show up for yourself. In fact, some people always show up for others but never for themselves.

And then there’s the other kind of reliable when it comes to finding those people that are reliable, that are always there when they say they will.

We all know those types of people that are flakey and rarely show up when they say they will.

You know that type of person that says they’ll come and everyone takes bets on that person showing up?

Don’t be that person. Do what you say and say what you’ll do.

It’s important on many different levels to be someone that can be counted on to show up when it’s expected.
