Colin started our new series, 'Emotionally Healthy Spirituality' based on Pete Scazzero's book, by talking about the problem of being emotionally unhealthy and that it's impossible to be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. Over the following 8 weeks, we'll talk about how we begin to look beneath the surface of our lives, to help discover problems in our emotional health and spirituality, and seek transformation! Each week, we'll finish with a 'next step' for you to put into practice in the week.
