In this segment, Alice McVeigh shares how she experienced personal growth after dealing with infertility to being able to conceive via IVF, building resilience via writing and getting published by a big 5 publisher, and various culture clashes from cross continent moves.

WHO IS ALICE?

Prizewinning novelist Alice McVeigh has had contemporary fiction published by Orion/Hachette, speculative fiction published by Unbound and prizewinning Jane Austenesque fiction published by Warleigh Hall Press.

Also, a professional cellist, Alice lives in London and Crete with her professor husband, with whom she shares one daughter, two long-haired dachshunds, and an addiction to tennis (watching, as well as playing!)

She has just re-released a second edition of her debut novel from her website (While the Music Lasts), and is working on her third Austenesque novel, based on Pride and Prejudice.
