We are in week 2 of the Gratitude Journal Challenge! The participation was low in the Facebook group for week 1, but I have faith that you guys will show up this week.

Remember, every week I will give you a focus category. This week we are focusing on being grateful for God’s blessings. Listen to my 3 things that I’m grateful for. Then, choose your own. I don’t want you to rush through this. Take your time and do this sis. Soak in the moment and thank God for everything.

Listen to the podcast episode every Wednesday where I will share what I’m grateful for and give you the focus category for the week!

Spend time during the week praying and journaling. Then write a minimum of 3 things you’re grateful for within the given focus category!

Come to the Facebook group and comment on the post for the week with one thing you wrote that you’re grateful for within the focus category!

Finally, stay tuned to hear whether or not you won a prize for being a part of the challenge! I will be announcing winners every week in November on the podcast!
