Greetings From the Garden State

South Street Yoga & Nutrition in Morristown, NJ and its owner, Debbie Weinstein, have not only built a strong yoga community but are also strong supporters of the town and other local businesses. With great yogis, engaged students, and a dedicated owner, South Street Yoga & Nutrition (actually located on Mills Street) is a great place for anyone on their fitness journey.

We learn about Debbie's background, how she eventually bought South Street Yoga, their eventual move to Mills Street, and the great group of yogis she's lucky to have.
Today in New Jersey History
On June 20, 1974 the honey bee became the state bug of New Jersey after Governor Brendan Byrne signed the legislation. Byrne was encouraged by a group of schoolchildren from the Sunnybrae School in Hamilton Township, who went to the State House with a presentation, including a song and a poem.
Segment 2
There are varying levels of yoga classes to choose from at South Street Yoga & Nutrition. There are no hot yoga class or other different classes, but they stick to their strengths as a traditional yoga studio. No matter your skill level, there is a class for you.

New Jersey Fun Fact
New Jersey is the only state where all of it's counties are classified as metropolitan areas.

Segment 3
When Debbie took over the yoga studio, the single most important aspect of the business she wanted to establish was a community. From the yogis to the students, everyone is there for each other in the good and bad times, to support each other. They are also engaging with the Morristown community through town events and co-branded events with other local businesses.
