He has taught at MIT and Harvard and consulted with companies such as Nike, Netflix, Oprah and the White House. Here he explains why culture matters to business, discusses barriers to the broader adoption of culture as a strategic input since writing his book "Chief Culture Officer" in 2009 and some of the things we can start doing to incorporate culture in our thinking.
