In this episode, we chat about Emma’s business journey, having founded 6 pilates studios in the past and now, scaling her product based business which will soon be shipping internationally. That’s huge! Emma shares how Your Reformer organically evolved through real life challenges she faced during covid lockdowns in Melbourne.
There are so many challenges involved with building a brand new product based business. From manufacturing, creating an app, and the logistics of shipping large items across the country, Emma shares some of the lessons she learned through these challenges, and how she pushed through the fears that came up during the process.
Emma also shares her advice for anyone in business to maintain an attitude of being open to learning and constantly improving. We also talk about the importance of connecting with likeminded people who align with your business, and not falling into the trap of perfectionism.
