My friend, and ultra runner, Lindsey Roberts is with us on this episode. Lindsey is on a mission to be the last runner standing at the Last Boyscout trail race.
Lindsey recently set the fastest known time on the River to River Trail (157 mile trail) at 65 hours and 35 minutes. Nearly 20 hours faster than the previous FKT.
Lindsey also recently set the record at the Running Under the Stars (RUTS) event in Indiana.
We tried to provide enough bourbon to get her to release all of her secrets. Tune in for the entire show to see if we were successful or not :)
