A Search For Better Health
"You are not what you eat, you are what you digest".
Veronica Smith is a wholefoods queen! A qualified chef who has worked in the food industry for over 20 years and has spent the last 12 years focused on food, nutrition and moving the body, her driving force was a search for better health after struggling with gut issues for over 10 years.
Veronica now is a wholefoods caterer and runs health & wellbeing retreats, workshops and conferences. She wanted to create an approach that brings simplicity into her recipes while also being ones they would make over and over again in the family home. In this episode we chat about her health journey and the transformation she had when taking on principles of Ayurvedic medicine and healing with food.
