Jesus as God being born as a man is the greatest miracle ever accomplished. The greatest miracle is how infinite glory contained Himself in limited flesh, how the omnipresent One restrained Himself to one place, how the eternal One entered time, how the all-powerful One embraced our weaknesses, and how the all-knowing One subjected Himself to the one thing He couldn’t know—the temptation and opposition we face with the limitations of being one of us. His Presence is the greatest gift we've ever been given. He didn't just come to be here. He came to be with us. So that He could say, “I AM with you” and it not just be a fact, but a shared experience, a knowing, a relationship, a partnership, a friendship. So that He is not just our deliverer but our comforter as well.
