Matthew Jackson's efforts in the paranormal have been described as everything from “philosophically tenderizing” to “an ectoplasmic knuckle sandwich.” Drawing on his unexplainable experiences — ethereal whispers into his ear, seeing an apparition stare him down, and having a glass of water chucked at his head by an unseen cookout guest — Matthew set out to gather data and to explore the connections of haunted history to haunted folklore, and delve into theological and spiritual concepts in hopes of developing an understanding of what is labeled paranormal may in fact just be a normal cycle in our existence.

DARCY STANIFORTH is an academic, writer, performer, and paranormal investigator. She has been interested in the paranormal since she was very young and that interest has carried into both her personal and professional life. Darcy's research areas include race and ethnicity, gender and sexuality, ideals and institutions, and death, dying, and grief in American culture. As an artist and performer, Darcy is a podcaster, comedian, writer, and amateur magician. She currently resides in a haunted house in Southern CA.
