Notes On Spiritual Warfare

In this hour, you have to be mindful to stand in the gap for the poor and needy, because you never know the evil that is working against them, including the saints of God (Ecclesiastes 11:2). The LORD has been speaking to my heart about a time coming in which it will be necessary for us to be able to lean on one another.

Scriptural references:

"For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing for the needy, Now will I arise," says the LORD; 'I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.' " -Psalm 12:5

Because Satan seeks to hasten his exit from the pit, he puts his hand to ways of oppression that causes the LORD to be concerned for the poor and needy everyday- Isaiah 51:12-15.

Because no one else will intercede and stand in the gap, God will arise, but with judgment- Isaiah 59:14-18, Isaiah 63:4-6.

"Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it. Say not unto thy neighbour, 'Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give;' when thou hast it by thee." -Proverbs 3:27-28. Also, read James 2:15-16 and 1 John 3:17.

The fast that is acceptable to the LORD- Isaiah 58.
