This week the guys spend some time talking with Parker McDonald of the Southern Ground Hunting Podcast. Parker is a young, and very successful hunter out of Alabama. The dude knows his stuff and can hunt deer with the best of them. He was gracious enough to give us some insight on how he scouts public land in-season, as well as some of his rather outside the box approaches to getting to the deer.

Parker’s discussion is what matters, but your average Joe hosts are getting in the groove. Old Man Paul turns 39 with a birthday bird. Corey is working on some shoulder rehab while tinkering with new arrow set ups, and Andrew is on the board with his first 2 does of the year. The weather in Ohio is currently wet, but drier cooler skies are on the way. The state has it’s pheasant release’s set, small game just around the corner, and more info on the Land access program.
