Teddi Mellencamp realized after the birth of her son Cruz, the weight she thought would disappear, didn’t… Feeling inspired to make some big changes she began getting active and eating healthier. Her number one goal was to look after herself. Fast forward to 2021 where Teddi manages her ALL IN program consisting of 40 coaches which inspires others to hold themselves accountable for their actions and develop a healthier way of living.

Dr Amy Shah is a medical doctor and wellness expert specializing in allergy, immunology, hormones, and gut health. Her book “I'm So Effing Tired” is her first book. Amy has been named in the Top Doc list each year from 2016 to 2020 by Phoenix Magazine and has also been featured on National TV and magazines including Elle, People, Shape and Allure.
