With an extensive blue-chip background, Toni brings over 20 years’ experience in building and leading high-performance teams. She has served in senior leadership roles in New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Australia working for brands including ANZ, Westpac, American Express, and Deloitte.
Toni is the author of Lead REAL Change, Influence from the Inside Out and Your Bigger Game. She is a highly skilled executive coach, mentor, trainer, facilitator and speaker. She is a multiple Telstra Women’s Business Award nominee, and she holds a Bachelor of Business Management (First Class Hons). Toni works across a broad range of industries working for clients including Woolworths, HCF, AGL, Metro Trains, Stockland.
