The UK's decision to leave the EU is beginning to make more and more sense with each passing day as European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen continues to throw her toys out of the pram. In a move which has been described as mad, bad and dangerous, Ursula von der Leyen has announced that "Brussels would stop shipments of the AstraZeneca vaccine to the UK if the company did not meet its supply obligations to EU countries." The comments which could not only threaten vaccine warfare but the fight against the global pandemic are set to be discussed at an EU summit this week. With Boris Johnson poised to intervene and seek a resolution to an issue which is spiraling out of control, Sputnik spoke with political commentator Keith Rowe to find out his views on the EU's actions.
