Vanessa Voigt shares her personal story of healing from childhood sexual trauma, with honesty and humour. This conversation is beneficial to anyone who has experienced something non-consensual or something that just didn’t feel right to their body.

There is also so much permission to find what works for you, for your healing to be nonlinear without a deadline, and relief from shame.

Vanessa Voigt is from Pawarenga, New Zealand and was born and raised in Otara, South Auckland. She is the creator of the Mana Wahine Affirmation Deck, which is a deck designed to support wahine (women) who have experienced sexual trauma. These cards were birthed from her own experience. She is also the host of "Cocotalk Podcast" with her husband Gerhard.
