Our 2000s pop explorers are jumping into A*Teens, the iconic Swedish pop group who made their mark halfway around the world from Stockholm to Singapore, Mexico City to Malibu and... Romford!
Originally formed as a new generation ABBA tribute group, the "ABBA-Teens" quickly evolved to A*Teens and became artists in their own right, releasing four studio albums and selling millions of records worldwide.
Thanks to eternally effervescent bangers like 'Upside Down', 'Halfway Around The World', 'Floorfiller' and 'Can't Help Falling In Love', the A*Teens were the moment on Radio Disney and Nickelodeon in the early 2000s - they even toured the States with legends like Britney and *NSYNC!
Superfan Joel takes David on a celebratory lap of the A*Teens' albums - "Teen Spirit", "Pop 'Til You Drop!" and "New Arrival" - before wrapping up their journey with the "Greatest Hits" and a recap of Marie Serneholt, Sara Lumholdt, Dhani Lennevald and Amit Paul's careers after the band split.
