0:42- Palomino is the lightweight champion of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Nearly everyday, he starts with a 5:00 AM workout.

1:53- Cardio, kickboxing and weights are staples in his training program.

3:18- Even after catching and overcoming COVID-19, Palomino still feels that he is not fully recovered.

5:54- “You gotta invest in yourself man, cause nobody else do.” (Palomino)

9:00- Eating according to your blood type helps determine the best use of your acids for digesting food.

11:32- Palomino has gotten used to training fasted and will usually wait until 2:00 PM to eat his first meal.

13:26- Patton has five dogs that are all different and Palomino has four, all being American Bully breed.

17:30- Dogs are great companions and help us balance our emotions. After Palomino got depressed because of a knee injury after a fight in Russia, he decided to buy two female American Bully puppies to help him feel better during recovery.

21:00- Between the ages of eleven and fourteen, Palomino practiced boxing in California.

24:25- After being jumped by two guys while riding his bike to the boxing gym before practice, Palomino beat both of them up once he gained his bearings.

27:50- Palomino’s nickname is “Baboon.”

33:35- Fighting with gloves is meant to protect the fighters hands, not soften the blow.

35:35- Getting hit makes Palomino angry and fuels him to takedown his opponent.

39:30- Palomino noticed significant energy depletion after getting back from the hospital after he was cleared of COVID-19.

46:25- One of Palomino’s friends that competes in triathlons for fun, took three months to fully recover from the virus.

48:30- Recovery is the most important aspect for training and preparing for a fight.

53:00- Palomino would love to fight Mike Perry in the BKFC.

58:00- During his first day at the hospital, the doctor misdiagnosed Palomino and said he didn’t have COVID-19.
