The planning issues and options are endless, and each carries its own tax, legal, and emotional ramifications. It’s complicated. Danielle P. A large part of her estate practice includes advising non-traditional families, including LGBTQ+ clients, in their estate planning needs. In addition to crafting exceptional estate plans for her clients, Danielle provides business planning services. She firmly believes that for the business person, business planning and estate planning go hand in hand to protect their assets and provide for a smooth succession to his or her heirs. Having owned and operated her own law firm for eight years, and then re-launching a new law firm in 2020, Danielle understands first-hand the issues and problems facing business owners. As a result of her real world experience, she is able to better advise her business clients. Danielle is a San Diego native who holds degrees from the University of Southern California, the University of California Los Angeles, and Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
