One thing that we can all agree on is that the past couple of years have brought unprecedented social and financial changes.

And, it should come as no surprise that these macro factors have had a significant impact on real estate.

However, with so many significant and disparate factors impacting the real estate market, how can investors anticipate where the puck is going in 2022 and beyond?

To help us navigate this sea of uncertainty, David Coe moderated a panel entitled "What BIG Trends Do Real Estate Investors Need to Know" at IIREC 2022, that featured investors who have a broad view on the real estate industry.

Aaron Norris is the VP of The Norris Group, which provides hard money to real estate investors in Florida and California. TNG also builds-to-rent (B2R) SFRs in Florida and trains real estate investors about the importance that timing plays in investment strategy.

Tyler Lyons is an active real estate professional and the Director of Investments at Asym Capital, where he helps investors to invest passively in commercial real estate alongside world class real estate operators. At Asym Capital, Tyler is responsible for investor relations, fund management, and due diligence for new investment opportunities.

Keith Eich is a customer and advisor to Tribevest, as well as the Mayor Pro Tem for La Canada Flintridge. With his background working in city government, Keith brought a unique perspective to this panel discussion.
