Ackley Gaskin II is Senior Manager, Innovation & Business Solutions at TD Bank in Toronto Canada. He leads a team of Product Owners responsible for agile pods which drive the strategic innovation roadmap for the Bank's Real-Estate Secured and Unsecured Leading. Previously Mr. Gaskin lead upskilling of digital marketing practices for TD. Adapting, coaching, and training agile principles and practices across Marketing and partners to support the Bank's digital transformation and always-on digital marketing activities at scale. We talk with Mr. Gaskin about his experiences with agile marketing in the two roles.
