'A real Fish Tale', 'Shoddy Chairmanship' & 'Being All Washed Up'

The plaintiff says he bought what he thought was a genuine taxidermy fish from the defendant, but it turned out to be a plastic toy. He’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff saw the fish and his house and bought it. He claims he never told the plaintiff it was real, so he owes nothing.

Then, the plaintiff says she brought five chairs to the defendant to be refinished and reupholstered. She claims the woman is a hack who ruined her chairs, so she’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says she did great work at a fair price. She’s countersuing for monies still owed.

Plus, the plaintiff says he took his Camaro through the defendant’s carwash, and a brush damaged his bumper. The defendant says it came in damaged, but the plaintiff is suing for the repair. The defendant says he has video evidence and insists his brushes don’t cause damage. He says he owes nothing.
