He claims she acted childish when he broke things off and she even stole things from him, spread feces on his clothes, and put urine in his mouthwash. He’s suing for the value of his stolen and ruined items. The defendant says the plaintiff had her evicted, and she insists his accusations are false. She’s countersuing for future living expenses.

Then, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to custom paint motorcycle parts, but he claims the man damaged the items after they had a disagreement over the price. He’s suing for the cost to fix the parts. The defendant says the plaintiff accused him of scratching his bike, and he offered to repaint it, but his former friend refused. He’s countersuing for harassment.
