How many diets could you name if I asked you to? Keto, Whole-30, Vegan, Paleo, low-carb, Atkins…? We could keep going.
There are so many of them – why is that? Are they all bad? Are some good and some bad? What is your reaction when someone brings their diet up?
In today’s episode we are going to talk about diets and answer some of these questions: why diets are out there, do they work, and how should we perceive them when they come up.
The truth is that they really aren’t all bad, but it is important that we know what to think about diets and what a healthy, sustainable approach to dieting is.
