• Public Hearing of Jeff and Becky Mull, Appeal of Permitting Official’s Decision re: Regarding Temporary Habitation of a Recreational Vehicle Application:
  • Procedure:
    • Read Appeal Request in Full
    • Appellant may speak in support of their appeal
    • Municipal Representative(s) may speak as to the reasons for denying the permit
    • Entertain Questions from the Board to the Appellant (Questions must be asked through the Chair)
    • Entertain Questions from the Board to the Municipal Representative(s) (Questions must be asked through the Chair)
    • Entertain motion to open the public hearing portion of the meeting (*Each member of the public must have pre-registered and must state their name, address and their relationship to the permit)
    • Entertain a motion to close the public hearing portion of the meeting
