Nonetheless, Matthew still experimented with drinking, and eventually ended up having a seizure due to drinking. Matthew knew he had to embrace remaining sober, which in turn motivated his mother, Kim Bellas to find her own sober path and start Sober is the New Cool. Matthew shares how he manages his condition with daily meditation practices and keeping physical health a priority with exercise.
