In Episode 6, we discuss how to let it go of that punch-in-the-gut feeling when anyone offers advice about anything to do with being a mother.
Whether it's what to feed your baby or how many times, which schools are best, how you speak to your child, or what you do with your own damn life, unsolicited advice is annoying (understatement), and can be very damaging to a mother's self-esteem.
Listen in as we look at this topic from the perspective of the advice-receiver, as well as the advice-giver so you can learn to be more confident in your motherhood, and just smile and nod when someone gives you their two cents ;-)
Sarah Babiker is a positive psychology mentor for mums who want to find and live into their passion, with clarity, and without mum guilt. Find more about her here - www.alifeyouchose.com.
