In her role, she oversees the learning strategy for human-centric and future focused skills, core compliance, performance enablement and what she refers to as learning modalities for tomorrow. Christina is a highly skilled talent leader with experience in both consulting and as a corporate learning professional. She fell into learning early on in her career and went on to complete her B.Ed in Adult Education as well as a brain-based coaching certificate.

Christina leads RBC’s Strategy & Innovation team in Learning & Performance which covers the portfolios of Compliance, Innovation, Performance Enablement, Learning Product & Program Management. Christina brings experience managing complex global projects, empowering high-performing teams and developing people and leadership strategies to maximize organizational effectiveness.
Christina earned her B.Ed majoring in Adult Education from Brock University and her B.A.
