He's a trained infectious disease specialist, and also serves on the resident wellness committee. He discusses his experience with mental health challenges as a first year resident right after graduating medical school. He discusses coping mechanisms he uses to manage the stress of being a physician, and imposter syndrome. We talk about the dynamics between administration and clinical staff.
