He was born in Glasgow, his ability to get out and into the Highlands is definitely what shaped his passion for the outdoors and fostered his interest in photography.

His photographs are sensational, and capture real sublime moments of light and the landscape, which, as you’ll find out in the episode, are the result of meticulous planning and preparation and often take years to achieve. Colin is a photographer who seeks out patterns in the landscape and the hidden links between reality and the imagination.
