Stefanie is a non-diet Strength Training coach. After hitting rock bottom in 2020 with her physical and mental health, she found intuitive eating and health at every size. That emerged an entirely new way of life for her and a new way of coaching clients. She now guides others on their own intuitive eating journeys, building a healthier relationship with food, mind, and body. All she want is for others to courageously create the life they hoped weight loss would bring them, now!
