Today on The Black Financial Channel, I spoke about 10 jobs that allow you to earn $100,000 per year and still work from home. When I was in college, working from home was a dream. Technology has created a world where we can become millionaires without leaving the front porch. Personally, I think that's pretty cool.

Truth is that while this list technically contains 10 jobs, there are really only five. Also, I noticed some themes among these positions that I spoke about today on the episode, which you can listen to here.

The other thing that is important to remember is that building black wealth doesn't always mean you have to run a business. More importantly, it means creating options for yourself, which typically involves the OWNERSHIP of assets that appreciate in value. I have quite a few students in The Black Business School who work a 9-to-5 job and have become quite wealthy through consistent acquisition of stocks, real estate, crypto and other investments.

Wealth is connected to ownership and there's no shame in keeping your job if it makes you happy. But remember: There's a big difference between working for someone because you WANT TO vs working for someone because you HAVE TO. That's what freedom is all about.
