Decision-making takes place at every level of an organization every single day, whether within a team working on a project, a department setting targets, or in the C-Suite as leaders make structural changes. In this session, Lisa Russell, co-founder and CEO of Aleria, along with Alexis Gonzales-Black, Partner and Org Design Practice Lead at August Public, will discuss how organizations can build stronger, more inclusive workplaces through better decision-making.
