Wendy Smith received her Ph.D. from Harvard Business School and is now a Professor of Leadership at the University of Delaware's Lerner College of Business and Economics, as well as the co-founder of the Women's Leadership Initiative. She is interested in how leaders and organizations deal with continuing strategic contradictions such as those between today and tomorrow, global integration and local adaptation, social mission, and financial performance.

What are Wendy’s thoughts on “either/or” and “both/and” thinking? What does it mean for leaders to embrace paradoxes? Listen in as Wendy, and I discuss attitude shifts, leadership insights, and why paradoxes exist to help leaders be better leaders!
